Chocolate Nut Fudge - a sweet treat that is ideal for children to make as it is
very simple recipe and needs no cooking.

8 oz. plain chocolate
4 oz. butter
8 tablespoons evaporated milk
1 lb. icing sugar
4 oz. chopped nuts		 Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pan of hot, not boiling, water. Add the evaporated milk and mix well. Sift the icing sugar into the mixture, add the nuts and work it well until the mixture is stiff. Put the mixture into a greased, shallow tin and cut into squares when set.
